Football Questions
Bets are settled immediately after the match ends, based on the official result. For matches that are abandoned or stopped mid-game without being completed, settlement follows the platform's official rules. If you are unsure, contact us anytime via 24/7 Live Chat.
Asian Handicap gives the weaker team a head-start in goals, making the betting more competitive. For example, if Team A is given -1.5, Team A must win by 2 or more goals for a bet on them to win. At kbz777, Handicap lines are displayed clearly — you need to understand which side the handicap number applies to. If you are not sure, Live Chat can explain it to you.
For EPL (English Premier League) matches, you can bet on match result (1X2), Handicap, Over/Under goals, Both Teams to Score (BTTS), goalscorers, and more. Similar markets are also available for MNL and FIFA matches. Check the football section directly to see which matches and markets are currently available.
An Accumulator combines two or more matches into a single bet. You must win every selection for the combined payout to be paid out. Because the odds multiply across all selections, the potential payout is higher — but so is the risk of losing. Make sure you understand the risk and bet responsibly.
kbz777 uses Decimal odds. For example, odds of 2.50 mean that if you bet 1,000 Ks and win, you receive 2,500 Ks in total — your original stake of 1,000 Ks is included, so your profit is 1,500 Ks. Odds of 1.0 mean you only get your stake back with no profit.
VIP Program & Cashback
kbz777 has 4 VIP tiers. Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; Platinum — up to 0.8%. The cashback rate for each tier may vary depending on the player's tier and playing activity. Platinum players also receive priority service.
VIP tier progression at kbz777 is based on your playing activity. The more consistently and actively you play, the higher your tier. You can check the requirements for each tier in your player account dashboard. As your betting frequency and volume increase, your tier will go up.
As your VIP tier increases, your weekly cashback rate goes up. You also get priority customer service, access to special promotions, and early visibility in tournaments. Players who reach Platinum tier receive dedicated VIP host support.
Cashback is calculated weekly and paid out once per week. It is based on your net losses for that week, calculated according to your tier rate, and credited directly to your account — effectively giving you back a portion of your losses. Check the platform announcements for the exact cashback payment day.
Players with a higher VIP tier can access special promotions, increased cashback amounts, and exclusive VIP invitations that are not available to regular players. These are usually announced via your account email or dashboard notifications, so keep an eye on them.
